Restaurant Made Brands
For this project, I’ve decided to focus in on small restaurants and how they’ve been affected by COVID-19 and the shutting down of in-person dining. The idea was sparked from hearing about the massive amounts of small restaurants shutting down daily. Thus, leaving workers and owners jobless without any revenue. So, the plan was to create a system to help restaurants develop their own products such as: salsa’s, sauces, condiments, pre-packaged meals, etc. to ultimately keep their restaurants thriving on multiple revenue streams. The work seen is from the case study surrounding the restaurant: Mom’s Old Recipe in Chicago, IL.
